The 2025 Sidewinder L-TX LE is the sled that will perform in all types of terrain. The front suspension features premium FOX Zero QS3-R shocks with Kashima coat, while the dual shock SR137 rear suspension has a QS3 Kashima centre shock and beefy Zero QS3-R 2.0-inch rear shock. The wide stance ARCS front clip and Stryke single keel skis keep you pointed where you want to go and the long travel coupled, rear SRV suspension with 137" Ripsaw II track takes care of the rest. The L-TX LE draws inspiration from the inline 4-stroke engine that was the iconic Apex. If you've never been behind the bars of a Sidewinder and the pure power it offers, you haven't experienced true snowmobile bliss.
Final Edition BadgingA badge representing all 20,476 days Yamaha has been in the Snowmobile business. May it spark many conversations about the best sled, the coolest innovation, the longest ride. |
Yamaha Variable Electric Power SteeringYamaha's newest generation of Electric Power Steering (EPS) has reduced weight by over three pounds and incorporates a "brushless" DC motor for improved reliability and performance. Variable Assist EPS utilizes a magnetic torque sensor that measures steering input based on torsion or 'twist' of the steering post, which is calculated from handlebar input and ski resistance. This data is suppled to an integrated control module which, in turn, signals the brushless servo-motor to assist the steering through its powered, worm-gear drive assembly. All together it gives a more balanced, natural feel or 'connection' to the terrain, and effectively reduces the steering effort required while enhancing predictability for greater rider confidence and less fatigue. |
VersAttack 146 'Uncoupled' Rear SuspensionThe dual-shock 146 rear suspension is fitted into a light mountain, tapered tunnel. It also features a mountain-style front arm with special 146-inch rails that utilize a long rear QS3 iQS shock and lightweight single pull rod. A specially designed shock pivot is added to the uncoupled front arm to provide smooth weight transfer for great handling traction both in and out of the powder. |
